Eligibility criteria for Special Branch Assistant Post

Kerala Police Service releases lots of recruitment every year. There are a large number of designations in its workplace, to which it usually recruits the youngsters. Here, we will know about what the basic requirements a candidate has to fulfil before applying for the examination of Special Branch Assistant. Although it is posted in the department of police, physical fitness is the priority. Candidates must be fit and active. A physical fitness test should be taken after clearing the written exam.

Eligibility criteria 

Post: Special Branch Assistant – SBCID

Department: Kerala Police Service

Here are some basic requirements catalogued, which a candidate must have to fulfil before applying for the application form. 

Nationality

  • Indian 

Age limit

  • Candidates between the age of 18 to 36 years can apply for this application form
  • Two years age relaxation will be given to the candidate belonging to Other Backward Classes, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, Widows, and differently-abled individuals

Educational Qualification

  • Students must be graduated from the recognized university of India or Kerala. Candidates must be born between 02 January 1983 and 01 January 2001. Otherwise, their application form will automatically be rejected by the portal
  • A student who acquired the equivalent degree, but not the graduation. They can attach their degree verification certification. They can issue the verification certificate from a Gazetted officer
