The marking of the topic related to the post and general knowledge is very important and contains the highest marks in the examination. Therefore, the candidate must learn with a good understanding about these and of course for other topics too.
The special topic related to the post will be in two modules i.e.,
- Module I will be about PBX (Private Branch Exchange) technology basics which contain 10 marks out of 20
- Module II will be about EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) installation and services offered and it contains the remaining 10 marks out of 20
- The candidate must acknowledge all the marking criteria and prepare accordingly
