Topic related to the post

The marking of the topic related to the post and general knowledge is very important and contains the highest marks in the examination. Therefore, the candidate must learn with a good understanding about these and of course for other topics too.

The special topic related to the post will be in two modules i.e.,

  • Module I will be about PBX (Private Branch Exchange) technology basics which contain 10 marks out of 20
  • Module II will be about EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) installation and services offered and it contains the remaining 10 marks out of 20
  • The candidate must acknowledge all the marking criteria and prepare accordingly
