Exam Pattern for Confidential Assistant Grade-ll

The operating body for conduction of exams for the post of Confidential Assistant Grade- ll is the Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC). The Kerala PSC conducts an Objective-based exam (OMR) and a Transcription test to evaluate and select the suitable recruits for the post of Confidential Assistant Grade -ll in various departments.

Every candidate aiming for the post of Confidential assistant is needed to give this test

Candidates aiming to get recruited for the post of Confidential Assistant under the direct recruitment category after clearing the objective test are required to give this exam

This test includes 100 objective-based questions in English medium from the above syllabus

Each question carries 1 mark

A passage of 400 (four hundred) words in English medium will be dictated in 5 minutes (at a pace of 80 words per minute), and the applicants must write it down

to write the sentence in shorthand first, then in longhand, within one hour by pen

The maximum mark for this test is 100
