Marking Scheme for National Services: Assistant Director (KNSS)

Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) releases applications for vacancies for Assistant directors in the Kerala National Savings Service every year. The candidates are required to apply for Assistant Director of national services through online mode. Every year, lakhs of candidates apply for the examination, but only a few get selected. To apply for the examination, a candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. There are three stages to pass the examination: Prelims exam, Mains Exam, and Interview. After a candidate clears all three stages, he/she can be posted anywhere in Karnataka.

Before preparing any examination, knowing about its marking scheme is important. This is because the marking scheme helps know what topics are vital and what must be covered first to get hold of the significant topics. The marking scheme proves beneficial in managing time in a better way.  Each question of the examination carries one mark. One mark would be deducted for every four wrong answers as there’s a negative marking of ¼ marks.
