Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) is the recruitment body for all institutions under the Government of Kerala.

The recruitment process for KPSC consists of multiple stages for each post and followed by an interview of the shortlisted candidates. Note that the exam format can change and may consist of a written examination and an OMR-based multiple-choice examination.

How is the Cut-Off List generated?

The Kerala PSC cut-off list contains the names of those candidates who have scored more than the cut-off marks. The cut-off marks may change every year depending on the following factors:

  • The number of candidates appearing in the examination
  • The number of candidates qualifying for the examination
  • The total number of vacancies for the post
  • The difficulty level of the paper

How to calculate your marks for the Kerala PSC Exam?

You can calculate your marks for the ORM exam by referring to the official answer key released by Kerala PSC. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Download the “Kerala PSC Answer Key” from the official website. Make sure you download the correct answer key for the exam you have appeared for.
Step 2: Compare your answers with the answer key.
Step 3: Add 1 mark for each correct answer.
Step 4: Kerala PSC exam has a negative marking system. So, deduct 1/3 mark for each wrong answer.
Step 5: Calculate your score.

How to View the Kerala PSC Cut-off Marks?

The cut-off marks for each exam are displayed on the official website. Follow these steps to view the cut-off marks for your post:

Step 1: Visit the official website: https://www.keralapsc.gov.in
Step 2: Scroll down and you will find a link labelled “Latest Updates”.
Step 3: You will be directed to a new page. In the table, check for the cut off list for your post.
Step 4: If you do not find the cut-off list for your post, keep checking the website regularly.

How to view your OMR Exam Score?

Once the OMR exam scores have been released, you can view them online through the following steps: 

Step 1: Visit the official website: https://www.keralapsc.gov.in 
Step 2: Go to the “Results” tab. When you click on it, a dropdown list will appear. 
Step 3: Click on the option “Exam Marks”
Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page and asked to fill in the following details: Post name, register number, and access code. 
Step 5: Once you have filled in the details, you can view the marks you scored in your written test.

How to view the Kerala PSC Ranked List?

If you score higher than the cut-off marks, your name should appear in the “Ranked Lists” released on the official website. Follow these steps to view them: 

Step 1: Visit the official website: https://www.keralapsc.gov.in 
Step 2: On the home page, you will find a link saying “Ranked List”. Click on the link.
Step 3: If you do not see “Ranked List” on the homepage, click on the Results tab at the top of the page. You will find a dropdown list. Select the “Ranked List” option.
Step 4: You will be directed to a new page containing a list of posts. Check the post you applied for, then click on the “download” link for that option. You will be able to view a pdf document containing the list of selected candidates. 
Step 5: If you do not see the option to view the ranked list for the post you applied for, it means that the results are yet to be updated. So, keep checking the page regularly.
