Advantages of negative marking in the exam:
- Negative marking does allow the student to guess the answer of any MCQ, or even if he does guess the answer, he has to do it very cautiously.
- Negative marking ensures the best candidates who have studied and prepared well for the exam top the exam or qualify for the next stage.
- The presence of negative marking ensures that during the preparation of exams, the candidate not only focuses on the concepts of the topics but also on their accuracy while giving mock tests.
