Marking Scheme for Village Extension Officer Post
The marking scheme under Kerala PSC remains the same for most of the exams under the various categories it offers employment in. The Village Extension Officer exam also has some general features of the marking scheme while some elements are different. The marking scheme in all competitive exams is designed in such a way so that it tests the wider spectrum of knowledge the candidate possesses, the range of their cognitive skills, and also tests certain general knowledge skills. As the number of candidates applying for this job post is very high, the competitive exam needs to implement a marking scheme that will help filter the aspirants who are best suited for the designation.
Marking Scheme for Kerala PSC 2022
Kerala PSC hasn’t yet released extensive information regarding dates of when future exams are taking place. Students are advised to regularly check the main website so that all relevant information is available to them. The exam takes place in every district. The appointment to this section is made on the availability of jobs in individual districts and divisions. The marking pattern for each category of civil service examinations follows the same overall pattern. In this particular exam, the language of the examination is predominantly Malayalam, the regional language. Only the English subject section is in the English language. The nature of questions that come in this section is not very complicated or hard. The level of difficulty is based on the level of matriculation:

The standard of all the subjects included in the list is not very difficult or convoluted. If candidates study the syllabus of every subject mentioned here carefully then they can easily understand ht scope of learning. The revised syllabus for the 2022 examination under Kerala PSC has not been released. The main website has a section under the notification section where the current syllabus of all the four main sections can be found. The candidates can also benefit hugely by following and practicing for their exams through studying previous year’s question papers.
Marking Scheme for Village Extension Officer
As mentioned previously, the marking scheme of the village extension officer is mostly the same as the overall marking scheme of Kerala PSC.
- Each question has 1 mark
- There are a total of 100 questions
- The time allotted is 75 minutes
- It is conducted through OMR sheets
- The standard of the question is around matriculation level
- 1/3 marks deducted upon a negative answer
- The total marks of the exam are 100
Applicants must be prepared in every scenario if they wish to secure this job. While scoring in this section is relatively easy, care must be taken to follow the number of vacancies available. - ആകെ 100 ചോദ്യങ്ങളുണ്ട്
- 75 മിനിറ്റാണ് അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സമയം
- ഒ.എം.ആർ. ഷീറ്റുകൾ വഴിയാണ് ഇത് നടത്തുന്നത്
- ചോദ്യത്തിന്റെ നിലവാരം മെട്രിക്കുലേഷൻ ലെവലിനെ ചുറ്റിപ്പറ്റിയാണ്
- ഒരു നെഗറ്റീവ് ഉത്തരത്തിന് 1/3 മാർക്ക് കുറക്കുന്നു
- പരീക്ഷയുടെ ആകെ മാർക്ക് 100 ആണ്
