Negative Marking for Store Keeper in Kerala State Co-operative Apex Societies

Since 2013, the Eligibility Test has been administered using the objectives type (OMR valuation) approach. The highest score for the test is 100, with a minimum score of 40 necessary to pass. In this test, negative marks are allowed. For each correct response, one mark will be awarded, and for each incorrect answer, a third of a point will be withdrawn.

How to calculate negative marking-

Correct answers are worth 75 points multiplied by two for a total of 150 points. Each erroneous response receives a negative marking of o. 33%, so that 0.66 marks will be subtracted for each incorrect answer. As a result, if 25 questions have been answered wrong in the previous example, then negative marking for 25 wrong responses would really be 25 x 0.66 = 16.5.

HOW TO AVOID NEGATIVE MARKING

Don’t respond to questions about which you are unsure.
Pay close attention to each question.
Don’t make predictions at random.
Take sensible risks only.
Start with the simpler questions.
Refuse to answer queries at the last minute if at all possible.
Rehearse using old test papers.

Note that negative marking causes applicants to lose a lot of marks, thus it’s critical to avoid receiving negative marks in those kinds of tests. Negative marking can be avoided if you follow my advice.

Kerala PSC Cut off Scores for various jobs will be released on the official website of the Kerala PSC. Candidates should review the prior year’s cutoffs for their particular positions and plan appropriately.

KERALA PSC RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT

Only ONLINE mode will be used to declare the outcome.
Candidates must verify their results on the official website.
They can then provide the applicant number and date of birth, as well as every other information requested, after signing in.
Applicants can also access results by entering the code of their individual OMR sheets.
Make a duplicate of the results section on paper.

ശരിയായ ഉത്തരങ്ങളുടെ മൂല്യം 75 പോയിൻറുകളെ രണ്ട് കൊണ്ട് ഗുണിച്ചാൽ കിട്ടുന്ന 150 പോയിൻറുകളാണ്. ഓരോ തെറ്റായ ഉത്തരത്തിനും 0.33% നെഗറ്റീവ് മാർക്കിംഗ് ലഭിക്കും. അങ്ങനെ ഓരോ തെറ്റായ ഉത്തരത്തിനും 0.66 മാർക്ക് കുറയ്ക്കും. തൽഫലമായി, മുമ്പത്തെ ഉദാഹരണത്തിൽ 25 ചോദ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് തെറ്റായ ഉത്തരം നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, 25 തെറ്റായ ഉത്തരങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്ന നെഗറ്റീവ് മാർക്കിംഗ് 25 x 0.66 = 16.5 ആയിരിക്കും.
