The eligibility parameters and related information are released shortly before the main recruitment process starts under Kerala PSC. This eligibility criterion is for individuals seeking to find recruitment in the public service sectors under the state government of Kerala. The eligibility criteria include certain factors like state residency, nationality, educational qualification, and age that determine whether or not a candidate is eligible for appearing for the exams under Kerala PSC. While some general parameters are the same for all sections of the Kerala PSC exams, specific considerations unique to a particular post are also given. As no specific notification has been released for 2022, the eligibility criteria for 2021 Kerala PSC are followed.
Eligibility Criteria for Field Worker
Applicants could apply for the post of a field worker that is usually in the health sector, online. They have to do so online through a process of OTR. Self-attested photos have to be uploaded. This will be very useful for them in the later steps as well.
The eligibility criteria for field workers are:
- Age Limit- Candidates between 18 to 36 years can apply for the field worker designations with appropriate relaxations of 3-5 years for candidates belonging to OBC/ST/SC.
- Nationality- Candidate is an Indian citizen and a resident of Kerala
- Qualifications- Candidate has educational qualifications up to class 8 or similar and must be fit. Must not have any physical deformities or debilitating diseases. These are essential qualities that the candidates must possess.
Vacancy to different levels of health care service under the aegis of the Kerala government is also an important factor to consider. The verification procedure is also a part of the eligibility criteria so candidates must have their correct documents. However, there is usually availability of vacancies in these sectors. The candidates after the due selection process will be recruited directly.
