Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Salesman Post
Kerala Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India. This commission provides suggestions and advice to the government over matters related to civil services. This commission conducts exams to recruit candidates for various posts as per the requirements of concerned authorities. The exam consists of various rounds including practical tests, written exams, physical tests, and interview rounds. Kerala Public Service Commission is recruiting candidates for the post of assistant salesman in 24 districts through direct recruitment.
Eligibility Criteria for the Post of Assistant Salesman
- Age Limit – Candidates born between January 1984 till January 2002 are eligible for appearing in the exam
- Age groups between 18 years to 36 years are eligible to take the exam for the post of Assistant Salesman
- Reservation – Candidates who have SC/ST/OBC certificates get age relaxation to some extent as per the government norms
- Educational Qualification – A candidate applying for the exam must have completed his/her SSLC or metric pass or any equivalent examination by a recognized board
- Candidates showing equivalent qualifications must provide evidence in support of it recognized by the governing board in the OTR verification round to support their eligibility
- In case any candidates have claimed in the application Caste or community which is totally different, entered in SSLC book, in that the candidates might have to produce gazette notification in regard to this, alongside the non-creamy certificate or community certificate at the time of certificate verification process

Candidates can appear in the exam via online or offline mode. For online mode candidates can give an exam in the OMR sheet and submit and for offline mode candidates need to visit the exam centre and give the written exam over there. The questions of the exam will be in Malayalam language medium and questions will be based on the syllabus which is specified above. Candidates giving the writing test must confirm their availability for the writing test via a one-time registration profile. Candidates can generate and download the admission ticket just 15 days before the test. The time-frames regarding the submission of confirmation and availability of the test will be specified in the exam calendar or date sheet.

കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന സൃഷ്ടിച്ച ഒരു സ്ഥാപനമാണ്. സിവിൽ സർവീസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ഈ കമ്മീഷൻ സർക്കാരിന് നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളും ഉപദേശങ്ങളും നൽകുന്നു. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികളുടെ ആവശ്യാനുസരണം വിവിധ തസ്തികകളിലേക്ക് ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികളെ റിക്രൂട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി ഈ കമ്മീഷൻ പരീക്ഷകൾ നടത്തുന്നു. പരീക്ഷയിൽ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷകൾ, എഴുത്ത് പരീക്ഷകൾ, ഫിസിക്കൽ ടെസ്റ്റുകൾ, ഇന്റർവ്യൂ റൗണ്ടുകൾ എന്നിവയുൾപ്പെടെ വിവിധ റൗണ്ടുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ 24 ജില്ലകളിലെ പോസ്റ്റ് ആയ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് സെയിൽസ്മാൻ എന്ന തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് നേരിട്ടുള്ള റിക്രൂട്ട്‌മെന്‍റിലൂടെ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികളെ റിക്രൂട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നു.

പ്രായപരിധി – 1984 ജനുവരി മുതൽ 2002 ജനുവരി വരെ ജനിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് പരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ അർഹതയുണ്ട്. 18 വയസ്സിനും 36 വയസ്സിനും ഇടയിൽ പ്രായമുള്ളവർക്ക് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് സെയിൽസ്മാൻ തസ്തികയിലേക്കുള്ള പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാൻ അർഹതയുണ്ട്.
സംവരണം – പട്ടിക ജാതി / പട്ടിക വർഗം /ഒ.ബി.സി. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഉള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് സർക്കാർ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ അനുസരിച്ച് ഒരു പരിധി വരെ പ്രായത്തിൽ ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കും.
വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത – പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥി അവന്റെ / അവളുടെ എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.സി. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മെട്രിക് പാസ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അംഗീകൃത ബോർഡിന്റെ ഏതെങ്കിലും തത്തുല്യ പരീക്ഷ പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിരിക്കണം. തത്തുല്യ യോഗ്യത കാണിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ അവരുടെ യോഗ്യതയെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുന്നതിനായി ഒ.ടി.ആർ. വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ റൗണ്ടിൽ സർക്കാർ ബോർഡ് അംഗീകരിച്ച തെളിവുകൾ നൽകണം.
ഏതെങ്കിലും ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ തികച്ചും വ്യത്യസ്തമായ ജാതിയിലോ സമുദായത്തിലോ ക്ലെയിം ചെയ്‌തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.സി. ബുക്കിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, അപേക്ഷകർ ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച ഗസറ്റ് വിജ്ഞാപനം, നോൺ-ക്രീമി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് എന്നിവ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന പ്രക്രിയയുടെ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.

ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ഓൺലൈൻ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഓഫ്‌ലൈൻ മോഡ് വഴി പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാം. ഓൺലൈൻ മോഡിൽ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ഒ.എം.ആർ. ഷീറ്റിൽ ഒരു പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുകയും സമർപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാം, കൂടാതെ ഓഫ്‌ലൈൻ മോഡിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് പരീക്ഷാ കേന്ദ്രം സന്ദർശിച്ച് അവിടെ ഇരുന്ന് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. പരീക്ഷയുടെ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ മലയാളം ഭാഷാ മാധ്യമത്തിലായിരിക്കും. കൂടാതെ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ മുകളിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള സിലബസിനെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ളതായിരിക്കും. എഴുത്തുപരീക്ഷ എഴുതുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ ഒറ്റത്തവണ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ പ്രൊഫൈൽ വഴി എഴുത്തുപരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കണം. പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് 15 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് പ്രവേശന ടിക്കറ്റ് ജനറേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാനും ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്യാനും കഴിയും. സ്ഥിരീകരണ സമർപ്പണവും ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ ലഭ്യതയും സംബന്ധിച്ച സമയ ഫ്രെയിമുകൾ പരീക്ഷ കലണ്ടറിലോ തീയതി ഷീറ്റിലോ വ്യക്തമാക്കും.
