Introduction

The full form of IRCTC is the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation. This application is established by the ministry of Indian Railway and the headquarter of IRCTC is situated in New Delhi. The online ticket booking, hotel rooms bookings can be done from “www.irctc.co.in”. The online application became so helpful for the general people and for the employees of the railway. Not only ticket booking but the people also can book hotels and manage catering services. However, it is important to have an account for accessing IRCTC online service.

IRCTC 

It is mandatory to have an account in the IRCTC app for accessing it and getting the services they provide and it is also mandatory for being a citizen of India for making the account. Another feature that is launched by IRCTC is the online bus ticket booking where passengers are allowed to book bus tickets as well. The IRCTC has tied up with 22 states and 3 union territories. IRCTC is attached with 50000 state road transports, private bus operators and allows their customers to book online bus tickets from the app. It has also become beneficial for the customers as well as for the bus services. They get more detailed information about the buses and available tickets. It is beneficial for the country’s economy as well because government interference can increase the financial security of the customers and the security of the taxation of booking.
