IRCTC is attached with 50000 state road transports, private bus operators and allows their customers to book online bus tickets from the app. It has also become beneficial for the customers as well as for the bus services. They get more detailed information about the buses and available tickets. It is beneficial for the country’s economy as well because government interference can increase the financial security of the customers and the security of the taxation of booking.
