What are Time Vouchers?
- These are Vouchers of different denominations of, 5 minutes and 10 minutes sequel to the total time allotted to it for telecasts on Doordarshan and broadcasts on AIR.
- The party has the power to choose any representatives and allow them to use those time vouchers provided.
- No such individual representative can be allowed to use more than 20 minutes of the total time allotted to that party.
- How It Works: Parties get a base time on TV and Radio. Extra time is based on past election performance.
