What are Time Vouchers?

These are Vouchers of different denominations of, 5 minutes and 10 minutes sequel to the total time allotted to it for telecasts on Doordarshan and broadcasts on AIR.
The party has the power to choose any representatives and allow them to use those time vouchers provided.
No such individual representative can be allowed to use more than 20 minutes of the total time allotted to that party.

How It Works: Parties get a base time on TV and Radio. Extra time is based on past election performance.
