Model Infrastructure of Schools in PM Shri School Yojana

What will the Centre contribute?

The Centre will pay 60% of the operational expenses because it sponsors this school. The remaining 40% will be covered by the state or the UT. In Himachal, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, and the northeast, the Centre’s contribution might approach 90%.
