Overview of NLSIU Bangalore
A public law school and a National Law University, the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) in Bangalore, Karnataka is one of the premier law schools in the country. It became India’s first National Law University set up in 1986, and one of the first in the country to offer a five-year integrated law degree at the undergraduate level.
Students can opt for the following courses at the NLSIU:

Admission to the undergraduate 5-year B.A.LL.B (Hons) program at NLSIU will be conducted based on a candidate’s Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) score. Admission to the 3-year LL.B (Hons) program will be through a three-stage national-level entrance examination. The first two stages will include a pan-India written test known as the National Law School Admissions Test (NLSAT). The third stage will comprise an interview.
