CLAT PG Eligibility Criteria
Candidates preparing for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) Postgraduate (PG) 2022 must know everything about the eligibility criteria before applying for the test.
The eligibility criteria that candidates need to fulfill for writing the CLAT PG are as follows –
- An LL.B Degree ( 3 year or 5 year integrated ) from a University recognized by Bar Council of India with a minimum of 50 percent marks for candidates belonging to General/OBC/OCI/NRI/PIO/PWD categories
- For candidates belonging to SC/ST categories, a minimum of 45 percent marks in the LL.B or an equivalent examination
- Applicants writing the qualifying examination in April/May 2022 are eligible to apply
- There is no upper age restriction for taking the CLAT 2022
- In case there is a tie of equal marks among candidates, the following method will be applied to break the tie:
- Higher age will be preferred
- There will be a computerized draw of lots
