A person can sense how others feel and think from their perspective. It details their characteristics, concerns, emotional challenges, and things in common with other group members. It is the ability to act appropriately in light of knowledge.

Transactional Analysis: It gives students a realistic and practical way of examining and comprehending other people’s conduct. There is a motivation provided by one person and a reaction to that motivation provided by another person in every social encounter.
