Assumption Reasoning Questions

In this lecture we are going to learn about assumption reasoning questions, assumptions questions, assumptions tricks and many things.

Table of Content
  •

A statement is information or a fact linked to any general subject in the Statement and Assumption portion of the logical reasoning section. Because it is commonly assumed, suspected, and taken for granted, an assumption is said to be hidden. An assumption is unstated information that must be true for the logic of the argument to work. Simply expressed, an assumption is something that the argument assumes while coming to a conclusion .

Assumptions Tricks

  • Come to a final statement and assumptions through reading the sentence clearly, rather than from real-life experiences.
  • Don’t make assumptions based on statements that aren’t indicated in the statement.
  • The underlying premise is that if a notice or advertisement is posted, it will have an impact.

(B) if only assumption II is implicit

(C)  if I or else II is implicit

(D) if I or II both is not implicit

  • Statement :

Suganya applied to the bank for a Rs. 1,80,000 loan, which she secured by mortgaging her home and promising to repay within five years.
