Foundation Route

The Chartered Accountancy course is broken down by the ICAI into three levels: CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, and CA Final. Candidates who pass the CA Foundation exam at the first level may register for CA Intermediate in 2023. Such applicants are not required to hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

For Direct entry

The steps to register for CA direct entrance are as follows:

• Directly access the ICAI website 
• Click the first-time user option after that to register.
• After providing all the required details, click Generate OTP. Login instructions will be emailed to the candidate’s specified email address or mobile number.
• Once you’ve logged in, go to the Students section of the ICAI portal and click the button to submit an application for direct admission approach.
• After that, upload all the required paperwork and make the necessary payments.
• Direct entry students must first sign up for the Information Technology Training (ITT) and Orientation Programme (OP) training programmes before they can engage in the 15-day practical training.
