About Guru Gobind Singh:
- He was the tenth Sikh Guru, born in Patna.
- He played a significant role in shaping Sikhism, establishing the Khalsa Panth and initiating the practice of the Five Ks (Kesh, Kangha, Kara, Kachera, and Kirpan).
- Guru Gobind Singh is credited with the Dasam Granth whose hymns are a sacred part of Sikh prayers and Khalsa rituals.
- He completed and established the Guru Granth Sahib as the immortal Guru and the principal holy religious text of Sikhism.
