• Use government resources for election campaigns.
• Use government vehicles, aircraft, and officials for elections.
• Spend more than Rs 25 lakh in a voting demographic for the elections in the Lok Sabha race or Rs. 10 lakh in an electorate in an Assembly political race.
• Appeal to the voters for the sake of religion.
