I quite don't understand the purpose of remembering kumbh Mela wrt to stampedes and deaths or in this negative way. It has been declared by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage site so the event has lots of merit in it. though deaths in stampedes are unfortunate, but if we look at number of tourist+prilgrims those who attended 2013 kumbh Mela was 7,86,65,500 and total deaths in stempede (that too not on kumbh site but at allahabad railway station ) as given in video is 36. so that percentage is 36/7,86,65,500 = 0.0004% . so I see no point as to why remember khumbh Mela in such a negative light.
