  4. Strengths and weaknesses It is very important to have clarity about your strengths and weaknesses while appearing for an interview. Though the panel is constantly going to try and judge your personality on the basis of your appearance, communication , body language and presence of mind; Sometimes they may ask you spontaneously about your strength or weakness.

  5. Strengths and weaknesses Remember that your strengths should not only define your character but also prove that you positively fit into the Job profile. Pick words or phrases that specifically match the job description of the position you are pursuing List fewer strengths and include supportive details than merely including a long list of qualities with no examples. Don't include clich words like 'hard working/ honest/ jovial etc. -

Always mention a weakness which you think does not go against your skill requiremen Never mention weaknesses related to your personal life.
