  2. 1. The Reading Assignment * You, as the teacher, can then see a record of whether or not the students have completed the assignment. Giving the assignment and then asking question in class face to face from students make the learning effective.


  3. 2. Verbal Presentations Verbal presentations is one of the most effective methods of offline teaching , as students tends to focus more when the teacher speaks in the class and adapt more.


  4. 3. Hands-On Projects To know whether the students has learned the topic and to make them learn beyond what is taught, assigning assignments plays an important role in offline teaching as according to that teacher can focus on those students who are lacking behind


  5. 4. DISCUSSION METHOD In the classroom situation an instructor and trainees all participate in discussion. During discussion, the instructor spends some time listening while the trainees spend sometimes talking. The discussion is, therefore, a more active learning experience for the trainees than the lecture.
