Concept of Teaching The chief task of education is to shape people about the evolving dynamism through which individual can form himself Traditional concept of teaching says that teaching is act of imparting instructions to the learner in the classroom situation. It is traditional classroom teaching in which teacher gives information to the students one by one and student follow him silently.


  3. Modern concept Teaching is to cause the pupil to learn and acquire the desired knowledge skills and also desirable ways of living in the society. It is a process in which learner teacher and curriculum are organised in a svstematic and psychological way to attain some predetermined goals.


  4. Some expert views about concept of teaching Rayburn's view: "Teaching is a relationship which keeps the child to develop all his powers.'" .Burton's view: "Teaching is stimulation guidance and encouragement of learning" .Smith's view: in words of Smith "Teaching is a system of action intended to produce learning".


  5. Education in literary sense 1.Educare: the word edition means 'to nourish' 'to bring up' 'to raise'. This means when we talk of educating a child we mean to bring him up on manage him according to certain aims in view. 2.Educere: the term educere means 'to bring forth' 'to kead out' 'to draw out'.
