Step 4: Gain Political Support. ... Step 5: Obtain and Maintain a Magistrate Judge Position. ... Step 6: Consider Relocating to a Larger Court System. Note : Personally, I being a B. Tech. student, I don't know much about the process of becoming a judge. The above is what I found from google.
