The declining Kushans in the north and Satavahanas in the south gave way to the Guptas, that eventually became the 'Second Golden Period' of the Indian history. If somebody talks about the glory of India, in most of the cases, he is elaborating the achievements earned during the Gupta period. This lesson will revolve around the imperial Guptas: Chandragupta I Samudragupta Chandragupta II Kumaragupta Skandagupta In addition, the Huna invasions and later and lesser Guptas will also be discussed.
