hello Sir ! Which edition u are using for making this notes !! Mostly Delhi edition is available on net. In yesterday's daily analysis I found 3 news were present in slides but not in Delhi edition...

NATIONAL NEWS Coming soon: First -of-its-kind Indian sign language dictionary .Central govt project commissioned by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment is working on creating first of its kind Indian Sign Language dictionary, to be expected to be released by March Team from autonomous Indian Sign Language Research and Training is working on signs for not only hindi and English words but also on region specific signs. In 1980, Madan Vasishta compiled few hundred sign languages used in cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru. Experts show how in a diverse country line India, not only sign language vary as per region, but certain villages as those in Naga hills, and Alipur in Karnataka, with history of high incidence of congenital deafness, have their own variant of rural sign language. Dictionary is also a corollary to the Ministry's Rights of Persons with Disability bill, 2016,which requires govt to ensure inclusive education for children with disabilities. This could be instrumental in improving literacy rate of disabled people. It would be available in public learning spaces . .

  5. NATIONAL NEWS Finance Ministry may review long term capital gains taxation:Sources .The review may lead to tweaking in holding period for gains in stocks to qualify as long term capital gains. . Currently, investor holding stock for more than 12 months is considered as long term investment. Any long term gains from transacting in such sticks are tax exempted. While gains from stock holding below 12 month window invite for 15% tax. Market experts are saying that taxing beyond 12 month period will make Indian market unattractive. However, duration can be increased from current 12 month period. Govt is mulling to impose capital gains tax in long term tax . Govt has already amended tax treaties with Mauritius, Singapore, Cyprus, plugging key loophole exploited by foreign players to save payment from taxes on even short term capital gains. ISRO to launch record 103 satellites on a single rocket These satellites will be launched on board of ISRO's workhorse PSLV (C37) from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. The mission will carry three satellites from India and rest from other countries. The satellites will be separated from vehicle in different directions, once launch vehicle reaches the orbital condition. The first satellite launched will move at relatively faster velocity than the next satellite. Due to different relative velocities, distance between the satellites will increase continuously but the orbit will remain same The present record of highest number of satellites launched in a single mission has been 37 by Russia in 2014 NASA has launched 29 satellites in one go in 2013. In June 2016, ISRO had launched 20 satellites in one go. . .

  6. NATIONAL NEWs Government to launch prevention, screening and control programme for 5 non-communicable diseases . The Union Health Ministry will soon launch population based prevention, screening and control programme for five common non-communicable diseases (NCDs) on the occasion of World Cancer Day (4th February) .They are Hypertension, Diabetes, and Cancers of oral cavity, breast and cervix. This programme will be launched as part of the National Health Mission. Under this programme screening will be rolled out in 100 districts in 32 states and Union Territories before March 31, 2017 in the first phase ASHA and ANM workers will be trained for this purpose. . Himachal Pradesh overtakes Kerala in learning outcomes: ASER According to Status of Education Report (ASER) 2016, students of Himachal Pradesh stand ahead of Kerala and all other states in terms of learning outcomes. The report found that enrolment rate of students in the age group 6 to 14 in Himachal Pradesh was 99.8% In language category outcome of government schools in Himachal Pradesh was 65.3% as compared to the national level of 41.6% In mathematics, outcome of Himachal Pradesh was 47.4% as compared to the national level of 21.1%. It was found that government schools the state performed better than private schools in mathematics. In learning of English language, Himachal Pradesh ranked fifth in the country with 44% outcome compared to 15.3% achievement at national level. .

And therefore, to keep corporate America fighting fit, ensure that it remains globally competitive, ensure continuous increase in productivity, these services are needed Indian IT industry's investments in the U.S. were to the tune of $2 billion between 2011-13 and in the four-year period between 2011-15, Indian IT industry had paid $20 billion in taxes Give renewable energy zero-rate status under GST: Ministry . The Ministry of Power has recommended that renewable energy be given a zero-rate tax status under the Goods and Services Tax, predicting several adverse effects to the economy if there was any increase in power tariffs due to the new tax regime Any further tariff increase due to GST may have a multiplier effect on economic development (such) as: () difficulty in passing through the impact to agriculture and domestic consumers, (ii) adverse impact on industrial production and GDP, (iii) adverse impact on Make in India, and (iv) adverse impact on export competitiveness of Indian products and services The Ministry also asked for the inclusion of all hydro projects as renewable energy projects. Currently, only small hydro projects of a capacity of up to 25 MW are deemed renewable energy projects. .
