Radioactive elements get into the human body with the help of food and water, and air. Also, we already possess radioactive elements in our blood and bones.

How dangerous is radiation? 

Radiation is a dangerous process. Radiation tends to damage the cells that form the human body. Radiation is not dangerous at low levels. However, medium levels of radiation can result in fever, vomiting, headaches as well as sickness. 

High levels of radiation can be very harmful. High levels of radiation can lead to death because of damage to internal organs. High radiation exposure is difficult to treat. Radiation exposure for a long time can cause cancer that can be difficult to treat.
