A. Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project → 3. Bhutan: The Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project is a 720 MW run-of-river project on the Mangdechhu river in Bhutan, constructed with Indian assistance and financing. It is one of the landmark projects under India–Bhutan hydropower cooperation.
B. Restoration of Stor Palace → 2. Afghanistan: India funded the restoration of Dar-ul-Aman Palace (Stor Palace) in Kabul, Afghanistan, which was handed over for use as the Afghan Parliament building. This was a flagship project under India's development partnership with Afghanistan.
C. District Hospital at Dickoya → 4. Sri Lanka: Dickoya is a plantation town in Sri Lanka's hill country. India built the District Hospital at Dickoya as part of its development assistance to the Indian-origin Tamil community in Sri Lanka.
D. Institute of Security and Law Enforcement Studies (ISLES) → 1. Maldives: ISLES is located in the Maldives, established with Indian assistance to build capacity in security and law enforcement — part of India's neighbourhood-first policy with Male.

The Notification for the Civil Services Examination, 2021 was released by the Commission on March 04, 2021. The notification contains all the details related to the examination dates, number of vacancies, eligibility criteria, syllabus, application process, fee, exam centers etc. The exam is being conducted to fill in 712 vacancies as listed in the notification with 22 vacancies reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disability. The Preliminary examination will be held on October 10 2021. Candidates can visit the Commission’s website  to fill the application form. Detailed instructions for filling up online applications have been provided on the website. The application window was closed on March 24 2021. The admit cards for the Preliminary Examination were made available from September 16 2021. The admit cards can be downloaded from the Commission’s website on the above mentioned link.
