The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Engineering and architecture aspirants who want to get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs, state government, and other reputable colleges appear for the JEE.
The Joint Entrance Examination has two stages – Main and Advanced. Only students who score minimum rank as per the cut-off in JEE Main can appear for the JEE Advanced. Therefore, it is important to prepare well for the JEE Main.
The JEE Main examination paper covers three subjects – Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Students must refer to NCERT books in addition to other help books to prepare for the exam. Solving previous years’ question papers also helps students in understanding the pattern of the question paper and preparing better for the exam.
