The Joint Entrance Examination, popularly known as the JEE, is a national-level examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), every year. Lakhs of students appear in JEE, but only a few make it to the most prestigious engineering and architecture colleges in the country. 

The JEE is divided into two parts – Main and Advanced. While Main is for seeking admission to NITs, IIITs, and other prominent colleges, students who aspire to get a seat in IITs, have to qualify Main as well as Advanced.
