The JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main is conducted for admission into Engineering and Planning & Architecture courses at India’s elite centrally-funded institutions. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts this examination.
The JEE Main 2019 was held on 10 January in the first and second shifts. According to most students who wrote the test, the level of difficulty of the paper was moderate. The easiest section to score was Chemistry among all three.
The Paper had 90 questions in total with 30 questions allotted to each section, i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The candidate received four marks for each correct answer and one point was deducted for every incorrect response.
