The Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) conducted the Joint Entrance Examination or JEE Main on 4th April, 2015. The examination took place in both First and Second Shift. The JEE Main 2015 April 4 First Shift exam took place from 9:30 AM till 12:30 PM. The subjects covered in this exam were Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
There were 90 questions in total in the paper which were divided into three subjects of 30 questions each. Every question held 4 marks and therefore the total marks were 360. The difficulty level of the paper was moderate as per the candidates. Physics was comparatively difficult while Chemistry was the easiest. The Mathematics section was easy to moderate in terms of difficulty. The questions were divided into four sets: A, B, C, and D. The Mathematics section of the paper consisted of questions from topics such as 3 dimensional Vector.
