The JEE Advanced 2023 exam will be conducted on the 4th of June this year. It is one of the toughest entrance exams in the country and is held for admission to various esteemed engineering institutes. The competition is tough, and the number of students vying for admission to the best IIT colleges is continuously increasing.

How to prepare for JEE Advanced 2023

The preparation tips and strategies to clear JEE Advanced are mentioned below:

  • The most important part of the JEE Advanced preparation strategy is to be familiar with the syllabus and the examination pattern. This helps the candidates become acquainted with the important topics and the types of questions they will need to answer. They also get an idea about the marking scheme.
  • The next step is to prepare a study plan and divide the time equally between the three subjects chemistry, physics, and mathematics.
  • After this, daily targets should be decided upon. This will not only help divide the syllabus into small sections, thus, making it easier for both study and revision.
  • The students should not set unrealistic targets, as it might make them feel inadequate and incapable.
  • Candidates should dedicate time to solving numerical problems. This should be done daily and not left for the final day of preparation. This will help them apply the concepts that they are learning.
  • The students should also take mock tests, as this will make them more proficient. This will help them evolve problem-solving strategies and hone their time management abilities. This will also significantly improve their speed and accuracy in answering.
  • To attain perfect scores, the preparation too needs to be perfect. The students should know their strengths and weaknesses, and while improving on their shortcomings, they should utilize their strengths to surge ahead.
  • Solving previous years’ question papers too is an essential preparation method.

Conclusion

The JEE Advanced 2023 exam is scheduled for 4th June 2023. By now, the preparation for the exam must be complete. Last-minute advice will be to continue revising and retaining the knowledge. Applying it efficiently will help you secure good scores.
