What is National Cyber Security Strategy 2020?

Ans : Ongoing work on a National Cyber Security Strategy 2020 by the National Security Council Secretariat. It aims to improve cyber security and awareness through stricter audits. Empanelled cyber auditors will scrutinise organisations’ security features more than is currently required. Every now and then, there will be table-top cyber crisis management exercises to reinforce the idea. It does call for a cyber readiness index and performance monitoring. The major objectives of the strategy include large scale digitisation of public services, enhancement of supply chain security, critical information infrastructure protection etc.
