Unacademy UG Sure Success Program – Terms & Conditions

1. The Unacademy UG Sure Success Program (“Program”) is a program organized by M/s Sorting Hat Solutions Private Limited (“Unacademy”) for Learners who have enrolled for the Program, wherein Learners who fulfill the Offer conditions (defined below) shall be eligible to get a reimbursement of 50% of the tuition/subscription fee paid for the Course (“Offer”), subject to Unacademy UG Sure Success Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) herein.
2. Learners who have purchased Courses (defined below) by 30th September 2025 or any other date as may be communicated by Unacademy (“Cut Off Date”) may participate in the Program by paying a non-refundable fee (“Fee”) as may be determined by Unacademy subject to the eligibility criteria below at the Unacademy UG Offline Centres where the Program is being offered.
3. The Program shall be governed by these Program Terms as well as all other polices and terms and conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platform Terms”) available on www.unacademy.com. The Learners (defined below) and Unacademy shall be collectively referred to as Parties and individually as Party.
4. All capitalized terms not defined in the Program Terms shall have the meaning assigned to it under the Platform Terms and in the event of conflict, the Program Terms shall prevail unless specified otherwise.
5. Eligibility Criteria for the Program – The Program is applicable to all individuals who (i) is an Indian citizen (ii) resides in India (iii) is legally eligible to enter into a contract or fulfils the Age Requirements (iv) purchased subscriptions for duration of 12 months from and currently enrolled at, Unacademy UG Offline Centres; Class 12 or dropper/repeater batches for NEET UG or IIT JEE (“Course(s)”) and eligible to write NEET UG or IIT JEE in 2026 (“Exam(s)”) within the Cut Off Date and (v) pays the Fee for joining the Program.
6. Offer Conditions (NEET UG exam): You are eligible for the reimbursement of 50% tuition/subscription fee paid if the learner who has taken a subscription for NEET UG preparation qualifies all the following conditions:
   1. Your Exam score is less than: a) 500 marks as per the official NTA result for NEET UG
   2. You are not allotted a seat in any government medical college (“College(s)”).
   3. You maintain at least 90% attendance. Please note-Learners of Unacademy UG Centres in AP and Telangana region, must maintain at least 95% attendance.
      * Attendance is counted from either your Admission Date or the Batch Start Date, whichever is later.
   4. You appear for at least 90% of all scheduled offline tests. Please note-Learners of Unacademy UG Centres in AP and Telangana region, must appear for at least 95% of all scheduled offline tests.
   5. You pay all tuition/subscription fees in full and on time (no pending dues or dishonored payments).
7. Offer Conditions for IIT JEE exam: You are eligible for the reimbursement of 50% tuition/subscription fee paid if the learner who has taken a subscription for IIT JEE preparation qualifies all the following conditions:
   1. Your Exam score is less than 93 percentile in IIT JEE Mains 2026.
   2. You maintain at least 90% attendance. Please note-Learners of Unacademy UG Centres in AP and Telangana region, must maintain at least 95% attendance.
      * Attendance is counted from either your Admission Date or the Batch Start Date, whichever is later.
   3. You appear for at least 90% of all scheduled offline tests. Please note-Learners of Unacademy UG Centres in AP and Telangana region, must appear for at least 95% of all scheduled offline tests.
   4. You pay all tuition/subscription fees in full and on time (no pending dues or dishonored payments).
8. Once the results of the Exam are declared, the Learners who meet the Offer Conditions above may contact the Unacademy UG Centres from where you enrolled for the Program within 30 days or any other timeline as maybe prescribed to avail the Offer.
9. It is clarified that you will not qualify for the Offer if you have done any act or omitted to do any action required from your side to be allotted a seat in the College.
10. Such Learner shall be required to submit a form or submit documents or account details as may be requested by Unacademy within the timeline prescribed by Unacademy. Subject to verification by Unacademy, Learners who meet the Offer Conditions shall be eligible for a reimbursement of 50% of the tuition/subscription fees paid for the Course, after deducting applicable taxes.
11. Unacademy shall be well within its rights to reject the Participant from the Program or Offer if:
    1. the documents or details provided by the Participant are invalid/incorrect/incomplete/misleading/untrue or not acceptable in the opinion of Unacademy;
    2. the Participant has not conformed to any of the terms and conditions contained herein;
    3. the Participant does not sign the consent form or any other documents required, if any, by Unacademy concerning the Program;
    4. the Participant has engaged in any fraudulent activity as may be determined by Unacademy;
    5. any other reason as may be deemed appropriate by Unacademy.
    The Participant shall be barred from participating in any future programs at the sole discretion of Unacademy.
12. Unacademy does not accept any responsibility for any incorrect and/or incomplete communication details provided and/or delay in receipt of communication and/or non-receipt of communication.
13. The decision of Unacademy on all matters pertaining to the Program and processing the reimbursement shall be final and binding on all parties.
14. Unacademy shall have the sole discretion to discontinue/cancel/modify the Program or Program Terms or any part thereof at any point in time and the Participant shall not raise any claim due to such discontinuation or cancellation or modification at any time whatsoever.
15. Unacademy shall not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, expenses, whether expressed, implied, real, or consequential, incurred by the Participant due to participation, non-participation or otherwise in the Program.
16. Unacademy shall not be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, fees, charges, etc. related to the Offer.
17. Any disputes with respect to the Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to principles of conflict of laws, and the courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, under, or in relation to the Program.
18. Participation in the Program is voluntary and Unacademy charges a non-refundable Fee as a registration fee for the same. The Fee is non-refundable even if Learner qualifies for the Offer. The Program is being made available purely on a best effort basis.
19. The Learner shall indemnify Unacademy against any claims from any party and consequent losses, damages, or compensation, whatsoever, that may arise from any use, including but not limited to, the publication of response (s) submitted by the Learner as a part of, or in association with the Program.
20. Unacademy shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, terrorist attack, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
21. Unacademy shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Program in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The Participant/s shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
22. The aggregate liability of Unacademy in case of any damage, loss, cost, claim, liability or expense (including legal costs and expenses) caused to or incurred by any act, omission or representation arising out of this Program, shall not exceed the fee paid to register for this Program.
23. Unacademy shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information provided is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unacademy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in respect of the Program.
