I guess ulavas are formed due to the dissolution of cac03 and caves are formed by erosion. ..
awesome sir but please show some more diagrams to us for better undestanding
THE IMAGES YOU USED WERE VERY HELPFUL BUT I FELT NEED OF MORE AND MORE IMAGES THAT WILL BE VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND LONG LASTING TOO.

  3. Under Ground water landforms Landforms produced by the action of groundwater is called Kars t topography roduced bythe action ofgroundwater is called Karst - It is through the processes of solution and deposition It is through the processes of solution and deposition The surface water percolates well when the rocks are permeable, thinly bedded and highly jointed and cracked In rocks rich in calcium carbonate, like limestones or dolomites Developed in limestone rocks of Karst region in the Balkans adjacent to Adriatic sea. - Limestone caves are found in Uttarakhand, madhyapradesh, andhrapradesh.

  4. Erosional landforms Sinkholes: Funnel shaped or cylinder shaped solution holes developed due to dissolution of limestone When adjacent sinkholes join, extensive depression is created, those are called as dolines Merger of dolines form extensive depressions called Uvalas Caves or caverns: Voids of large dimension below the ground surface Most significant landform produced by Caves having openings at both the ends are called tunnels. erosion "

  5. Depositional landfornm Depositional landforms Stalactites : Important depositional landform found in underground cave These hang from roof of a cave Stalagmites rise up from the floor of the caves Formed due to dripping water from the surface or through the thin pipe, of the stalactite, immediately below it Cave pillars are formed when stalactites and stalagmites meet together
