hello mam,is president bound to appoint the governor suggested by CM or what if their is conflict between both then who has upper hand in such case.
no president is not bound to appoint governor suggested by cm prez appoints governor on advice of CoM of union

  6. CONDITTIONS o Should not be a MP, MLA or MLC o if appointed, has to vacate legislative seat o Should not hold any other office of profit o Entitled to Raj Bhavan without payment of rent o Parliament determines emoluments, allowances and privileges

  7. CONDITTIONS o When tuwo or more states have the same governor, the state share the emoluments and allowances President decides the proportion each state has to bear Emoluments and allowances cannot be diminished during term of office

PRIVILEGES 1MMUNITIES o Personal immunity from legal Liability for official acts o Immune from criminal proceedings even in respect of personal acts during term of office o Cannot be arrested or imprisoned o Civil proceedings can be initiated during her term of office in respects of her personal acts after giving two months notice.
