All the devises which are plugged in to the household electrical outlet takes AC. But some devises requires DC for their operation. Like most electronic devises runs on DC supply. AC using devises are motors, bulb, refrigerator, grinder, induction, geyser, etc. Where devises like TV, charger uses DC supply.
Q5.. AC is easier to transform into high or low voltages.. Ac definitely has fluctuations hence we use stabilizers for sensitive eqpts..
