Please do some research before posting answers.. u so casually said that Fort William College was set up by Lord Wellesly and not Arthur Wellesley. U should explain the difference between the two. Lord Wellesly was Richard Wellesley who was Governor General of Bengal (not of India as u said). Also he was the elder brother of arthur Wellesly who was Governor of Mysore at roughly the same time as his elder brother was GGB.
