Dear Mr. Srivastav, there is a bit of confusion regarding Q.48 i.e., of the equalisation tax of 6%. Mr. Jatin Verma has stated in his evaluation that both the statements mentioned in the question are correct while you have stated them to be wrong. Kindly clarify on this by mentioning the source. I shall seek such clarification from Mr. Verma too, so please don't take any offence. Your guidance is much appreciated. waiting for a reply. Thank you.
