Bhai agar koi kanoon bnana ho to President ke pass power hai wo Parliament ko bhej skta hai. Normal executive decisions ,President khud leta hai and is supported by Governor and chief Secretary. In Short: Kanoon or Law-----Parliament Executive Decisions----President
