Sir, in Dhanurasan, while lifting upper and lower body parts it feels difficult to hold when I inhale but same feels smooth when I do while exhaling. Please guide more on breathing.

प्रियंका, जब आप धनुरासन करे तो अपने दोनों हाथों की हथेलियों से पैरों के दोनों ankles को मजबूती से पकडे और अपने दोनों पैरों को बाहर की ओर खींचे और हाथों से पैरो को अपनी ओर खींचे। इस तरह opposite direction में पैरो से बाहर की ओर शक्ति लगाये और हाथों से पैरो को अपनी ओर खींचे। इस तरह आप इस आसन में balance easily बना पायेगी। इस आसन को श्वास भरते हुए ही किया जाता है इस बात का ध्यान रखे।
