This course is presented by Arpit Vijay and it deals completely with all the important aspects pertaining to Part 19 and Part 20 of the Constitution. In this course, he has given a detailed analysis of part XIX and part XX of the constitution. Arpit has given a complete introduction to the Article 361. Using real incidents as examples he explains how Article 361 seeks to protect President and Governor. He also explains the reasons for protecting the nominal heads. Then Arpit has briefed the features of article 361 a and 361 b. One will briefly come across an introduction of Article 363, Article 363 A, Article 364, Article 365, Article 366 and Article 367. He has explained the features of all these in a very concise manner so that one can retain it for a longer time.  He has also thrown light on the country from where the article 368 was borrowed from. He has also highlighted some important amendments happened under the article 368. One can also gain understanding on how the constitution can be amended. Arpit has briefed about the ways through which the constitution can be amended. Firstly he explains what can be amended by the simple majority of the house. Then he shifts his focus on the types of amendments which can be done by the special majority with the consent of the state. The limitation of amending power of the Parliament are explained in detail. He also mentions Supreme Court's view on Shankari Prasad Case and Golaknath's case. He also sheds light on the 24th Constitutional Amendment Act. He then speaks about Keshavanand Bharati case and elucidates the Doctrine of the basic structure.
