that's Indian councils act 1892 which was beginning of parliamentary system in India... not charter act 1853. plz clear it
in previous lesson u have said that , amendment act of 1781 - separate legislative and executive function of governors council. and now in charter act of 1853 u repeated the same sentence .... please clarify my doubt.
