- Indore: Cleanest city for 7 consecutive years
- Surat: First-time top award winner (First instance of a tie for the top prize in the award’s 8-year history)
- Top State: Maharashtra
- Runner-up: Madhya Pradesh
- Cities <1 Lakh Population:: Sasvad, Maharashtra
- Special Category Awards:
- Best Safety for Sanitation Workers: Chandigarh (Safaimitra Surakshit Shehar Award)
- Cleanest Ganga Town: Varanasi
- Cleanest Cantonment: Mhow Cantonment
