- Showcases Jammu & Kashmir’s leadership in e-governance, with more than 1000 e-services mapped on the NeSDA Way Forward Dashboard.
- Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, and Kerala are also leading in e-service provision.
- Local Governance & Utility Services dominate e-service offerings, with tourism achieving the highest saturation for mandatory e-services in 23 out of 36 states/UTs.
- Highlights regional differences in e-service delivery, underscoring the need for focused improvements.
