CAPF Exam Application Fee

The important details regarding the CAPF fees are mentioned below :

  • Candidates(except SC/ST/female applicants that are exempted from paying fees), need to make a payment of Rs. 200
  • The payment can be made either by depositing the money in any SBI branch or by using methods such as Master/Visa/RuPay, credit/debit card, or Net banking
  • Candidates who opt for the ‘Pay by Cash’ mode need to take a printout of the system generated payslip during the Part-II of the registration process and then submit the amount at the counter of the SBI Branch on the next working day only
  • The Pay by Cash mode deactivates on the specified date. Applicants who have generated their Pay-in slip before it is deactivated can deposit the amount at the SBI branch counter during banking hours on the closing date
  • Candidates who fail to pay on the closing date at the SBI branch for any reason, even when they possess a valid payslip, will not be allowed any other offline option of payment. They will then have to opt for an available online mode of payment debit/credit card or internet banking on the closing date

Note

  • Candidates need to make the payment only by using the mentioned modes available. No other mode of payment is accepted, and the submission of applications without the fee payment will lead to rejection.
  • The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Also, no candidate can reserve the fee for any other selection or examination.
  • Applicants who have not received payment data from their bank will be viewed as false payment cases, and their applications will be rejected in the first instance. Within two weeks of the last day for submitting an Online Application, a list of all such applicants will be posted on the Commission’s website. The applicants must present proof of their fee payment to the Commission within 10 days after receiving such communication, either by hand or by speed post. Genuine fee payment situations will be evaluated upon receipt of documentation proof, and their applications will be revived if they are otherwise suitable.
  • Candidates including the categories of female, SC/ST do not need to pay any fee. However, there is no fee exemption available to candidates who belong to the EWS/OBC categories.
