Centres of Examination 

The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) exam is conducted by the UPSC or Union Public Service Commission each year to recruit people for the posts of CAPF. The CAPF exam 2022 will be held in the offline mode across various cities in the country.

Following are the details that candidates must keep in mind before choosing the centre of the exam : 

• The Commission holds the power to change the centre as well as the date of holding the examination
• There will be a cap on the number of candidates allotted to each centre except Kolkata, Dispur, Nagpur and Chennai
• The allotment for the centre is done on the First-come, first served basis
• Once the capacity of a particular centre has been reached, it will be frozen
• Any request regarding the change of centre will not be accepted

Note: Despite the aforementioned conditions, the commission holds the power to change the centre at any time, if the situation demands so.
