Name of Dam: Masaria 

Name of Dam: Masaria is located in the Gumla district of Jharkhand and is built on the Masaria River. The basin of this dam is  Brahmani and Baitarani. It is an earthen dam located near the city called Gumla. The main purpose of this dam is irrigation. It was built in 1983. So, it’s all about the Name of the Dam: Masaria. 

Name of Dam: Nakti 

This dam is located in Chaibasa, which lies in the Purbi Singhbhum district of Jharkhand. Like the Masaria Dam, this is also an earthen dam built on the Nakti River, and its basin is    Subarnarekha. The main purpose of this dam is also irrigation.  

Name of Dam: Murahir 

The Name of Dam: Murahir is located in the Purbi Singhbhum District of Jharkhand. It is built on Lowjheria Nala and is an earthen dam. It was built in 1987. Its basin is Subarnarekha.
